Stamford Urby Apartments

I had an excellent experience with the team at Urby Stamford. The staff is truly phenomenal especially Quay and Mark, who were incredibly helpful and supportive. They took the time to give me a full tour of the building, clearly explained everything, and made me feel very comfortable and informed. The building itself is beautiful and genuinely fosters a sense of community. I’ve visited often because a friend of mine lives there, and when I was looking to move, Urby was always top of mind because of the environment and the staff. Their professionalism, kindness, and responsiveness really stood out, and I’m very grateful for the experience.

The pool and gym are nice, but my biggest issue is that one of the two elevators within each building is always “out of order,” and with 600+ units, especially around busier times of the day, the wait is extensive. One nuanced experience, is that despite the smaller size of the units, the electric bills seem excessively high (summer and winter prices are the same despite a significant reduction in usage during the winter).

The Urby has been my home now for several years. Of all the apartments I’ve lived in the past 12 years, this building has the highest quality staff. They all always make an effort to make building improvements, promptly address work orders and concerns as well as ensure there is such a sense of community here. When I say staff is of such high caliber, I mean not only the leasing office, also the maintenance team, front desk staff, etc. that’s what I find most special about the Urby. It truly feels like home when you walk around and know all staff by name and have pleasant conversations/engagements. I highly encourage you to consider this apartment building if you seek that sense of community. The last thing I’d add is that the retention of the staff is impressive. Not much turn over thus

Referred here by a friend of my daughters and loved the vibe from my first introduction to Urby. Vibrant, friendly, open, accepting and lively. Moved here with my dog in Aug 25 into a 1 bedroom apt. Major change for both of us coming from a house, going through a grey divorce and living alone for the first time ever. The apt is small but lives large due to large windows, high ceilings, well planned storage and many beautiful public indoor and outdoor areas including a walking path and greenery surrounding the barbecues and fire pit. 24 hour concierge service, gated parking and an enclosed community make for a very safe and comfortable environment at any hour of the day or night. The apts are modern, beautifully tiled with laminate floors, delivered fresh, clean and appliances like new.

I want to give a shoutout to the Mark for always going above and beyond. Will, Rocky, Rich, Dean & Jeff for maintaining the standards of the building. Kayla & Nas from the RC team for always being pleasant & kind. Keep up the great work
