St. Johns Landing Apartments

I recently moved out after living here for over 2 years. The 1 bed loft apartment that I had was really nice, especially as a first time renter. The staff in the office are friendly and helpful. Maintenance is very responsive. The price was affordable and worth every penny. You cant find many affordable places to live anymore. But I did not give 5 stars because the people that lived around me. It started out okay but by the time I moved out, there was a family that would constantly bring their fights outside into the parking lot and road. The cops came all the time and at one point this guy threw a mattress in the grass and would not let his wife back inside. Domestic disputes were common with them. It smelled like weed outside and sometimes inside because the AC units would suck the smell

We love our little place. The apartments are dated, but well maintained. It is quiet, and beautiful outside. Our neighbors are very friendly and neighborly. The staff for the complex is helpful and quick to respond. I have been told it used to be not so great here, but that is not true anymore. The new management is great! I definitely recommend living here.

I've been here quite awhile and it's been a very pleasant time overall. It's pretty quiet on this side of the complex and I've met some really nice people. It's been a good area during hurricanes, too, even though we are close to the river, as we are high enough that flooding has never been an issue. The grounds keeping is good and management has always been very responsive to any resident needs. Oh, I should have remembered and added...this past year, everyone got new roofs, the buildings were painted and we got all new energy efficient windows! Sorry that I forgot to mention this before.

My grandfather stayed there when it's was military owned . I also grew up living there ext... It's old and they want way to much money. They feel no shame for asking for to much . That is what is crazy. A lot of junk places are asking for to much for rent . They should be ashamed

I’ve had an overall decent experience here. It’s not as bad as I was led to believe. I feel like management is trying & doing its best to work on issues. If you are nice to them, they’ll be nice to you. The ladies in the office are the absolute sweetest. Nothing is perfect in life but if you want affordable housing in relatively safe area it’s a good choice. I wish we had more than 1 place to take the trash though. Access to a water hose would be nice too. But the utilities are dirt cheap & that alone has me signing another lease.
