St. Croix Village

Lived here for a year, questions were answered in a timely manner, maintenance was helpful upon request, didn't have any problems with parking, garage, doors, etc. A walk away from the scenic overlook, minutes away from groceries and dowtown hudson. The apartment is newly managed by essence property management and move out went smoothly.

Helen was very rude for the time my sister and I lived at st croix village. On top of everything she also threw out my hamster and my fish in the dumpster in the middle of summer when I was on my way to grab my belongings and move out, she knew I was coming that day to get my stuff but did it anyways. I had to pull half of my belongings from the dumpster. She senseless and rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It is ghetto! When my sister and I lived there police were showing up all the time! And it seemed to be drug use going on in the apartments. Also when stuff was broken in our apartment it took a long time to actually get someone to come fix our stuff, we would have to call matinence and Helen multiple times. I have been a resident for nearly 4 years. I have found the management and maintenance staff professional and responsive to requests for assistance. They make efforts to maintain a safe and presentable property.

Nice place to live. Great neighbors, management and maintenance staff always friendly and helpful.

Verbally assulted (extreme!) by property manager. Good luck with her.
