Cedar Ridge Apartments

We love our apartment and appreciate how well the grounds and common areas are always maintained, but daily life here has been very difficult. Constant noise from neighbors during the night—plus kids and teens running and pounding through the hallways—disrupts our daily life and our sleep almost every night. We even placed a sign on our door asking for the stomping and running to stop and the sign was ripped off of our door many times and was even placed down the hall on another wall for some reason. The sign is gone and the stomping and running has not stopped. We have also dealt with recurring issues of heavy cigarette smoke entering our apartment from another unit(s). So far I've liked living here at cedar ridge. It's a lil small for me and 2 teen boys but we're making it work. We're only approved for a 2 bdrm but we at least have a place we can call home. The new maintenance guy Ryan is awesome and Darcy the new manager is really nice and listens to you. She's still learning all she has to do here but I feel she's doing a great job so far. Now if we can just keep people from throwing their trash all over the yard it would be nice and not look nasty. Props to Ryan for going around all the time picking up after people. Oh and to the people with dogs can you please clean up after them and stop letting them go right out side the doors and not clean up after them. It's disgusting for those who have to smell and see it. Like come on there's bags right there

So I moved in about August of 2023. Signed a year lease. The apartments should not even be charging 1300 a month. We paid 1312 for a 2 bedroom. The toilets always clogged. Mold under my kitchen sink because it leaked twice. Ryan was amazing at fixing anything. It was just very inconvenient. There are no washer or dryers included. They barely work in the building and you have to pay for them. The office is never open. This is where I have an issue. I gave notice by email that I will no longer be going month to month on 06/27. I moved out of state as of 07/23. I cleaned the entire apartment and took pictures of everything. They told me I needed to give a 60 day notice. I went and talked to Darcy on 05/22 saying I am actively looking for an apartment out of state. She was excited and told me

I just dont like all the bad reviews about you. Its hard finding a place to live now days and then you people. AHH
