Good place to do real estate transactions. Had some hang ups with my lender and Merilee really made me feel comfortable and reassured me that she was going to get the deal done. I was on vacation at the time in Florida so this was perfect. Great business and people who know what they are doing.

It's been over two weeks since we have signed closing documents but they won't release the title because the title to the adjoining twin home was switched with ours. They have been working on this for 14 months and we were told it was ok by closing. I cannot get a bldg permit because of this for a structure that has to be built before winter for things that cannot be left outside. . They don't return calls and they keep making excuses. It's always "It will be completed by Monday or Tuesday. " UPDATE: They were able to get the signatures they needed the day after posting this.I found out they were not the title company the entire time but only for a few months. They were very responsive to keep me updated and they worked very hard to complete it the next few days. Marilee even called me w

Was the worst. I was told I was taking too long to read (five times), what I was going to sign. Talk about Baby Boomer getting mad. This is the place. I had to say 5 times that I am the one who has to pay if this is wrong, and I was told that her (the closer) time was more importin then mine. Tell your bank to find somewhere else to have the closing at. This place is no good. Their motto should be? “We don’t care about you, just us.”

Not very happy. My buyers had a $1,000 credit on their seller paids. There was a Home warranty that didn't get paid out of the surplus. Nothing was mentioned to the buyers regarding this and the buyers paid Land title to close their side. Now that is not in the best interest of their customer.

Signed my homeowner's paperwork here. Good experience. No complaints. Smooth process.
