St. Clair Terrace Apartments

Lived here for a year with no issues from management, although when I moved out before my lease was up, they hit me with ridiculous fees. I was going to pay out the remainder of my lease, so this is essentially a “we’re charging you for not living here” fee. Would not recommend, as this appears to be another apartment management company looking for any reason to extort what they can from you. Really disappointing after 11 months of no issues.

First month was nothing but noise. Sent emails with video proof and all I got in return was empty apologies and excuses for the neighbor. I work from home and couldn’t work from home due to the immense noise. First rent payment I made I had issues with the payment link they provided me and not only did they blame me for it but gave me an evection notice. Do not rent from here and do not even consider their reply to this post being valid if they do reply. Because they do not care and have zero problem solving capabilities. To put it in perspective once you sign the lease they could care less about your comfort and concerns at a place you call home! Which is absolute mind blowing to me. Worst experience of my life it’s to the point I cannot fathom staying here for the full the lease term. I

The bathroom is quite small. The office is non-personable. It’s good for a first time renter and if you live by yourself and if you don’t have any pets. There’s no room for much in the kitchen. The walls are paper thin. The apartments were built in 1980s have not been to much remodeled since then and they could care less as long as they get their money.

Poor services with complicated system from new ownership. Difficult to find anyone that works on site, Difficult to make rental payments because of unorganized transition of ownership, laundry app is always down or has connection problems, cannot cancel lease must find someone to finish lease if you decide to move. DYOR...

Nice website but no real information regarding units. I'm moving from another state and would like pricing info before contacting as to avoid wasting both of our time. Guess some companies still do not understand the benefit of this.
