Affordable rent quiet living very nice neighbors and staff

I have been in these apartments a few times. I like them. They are low income and have just the right amount of room to live in for a one bedroom and two bedroom. Also the outside of the place is well taken care of.

Its section 8 housing. I cant complain. The only problem i have is how management and the office show up at 8 and leave at 4pm but the window hours (which is the only time the managers will even bother with you) is open 930 am to 1130pm and 1pm to 230pm meaning evem if you catch them outside of those times they wont even bother and tell you to wait till the next day. Other than that its a great place to live.

Management is really awesome to work with. They went beyond their reasonable levels of curiosity and were very helpful. I was able to get in the apartment right away after living in my car for 3 years

This place is falling apart and they fix nothing managers don't have any idea what they are doing and they over charge you rent and deposit
