St. Andrews at Palm Aire Apartments

I’ve been living at Saint Andrews of Palm Aire for three wonderful years, and it’s truly a beautiful place to reside. The staff here is consistently friendly and incredibly helpful. Paula and Sandra, in particular, have been exceptionally kind and attentive to my needs. The maintenance team is also prompt and efficient in their work.

I am a resident for a while now and i must say customer service is excellent, especially from Ms Paula. The ladies are very attentive and respectful and responsive to your issues. Their attention to detail at the move in process was seamless. The property amenities are great. There is a large pool with a hot tub, clubhouse, park and there are charging stations which are convenient for my needs.

I have been living at Saint Andrews at Palm Air and it’s been a wonderful experience the staff is wonderful and the customer service is top tier. The office Manager Sandra and the assistant Manger Paula has been wonderful and always go above and beyond for their tenets. It’s always a pleasure going into the office to speak with them. Daniela the leasing consultant is pleasant and always ready to help. The maintenance supervisor Mark is excellent and highly skillful, he is great at what he does. Erol from maintenance is wonderful courteous and know how to troubleshoot, he has excellent work ethics. I highly recommend this place, it’s like you are living in a resort.

I have lived in St Andrews seven years now and I have all great things to say! The grounds is very well kept. Around every Christmas the community makes sure to lay down fresh mulch. I feel very safe in this community and the neighbors are also friendly. The ladies Millie and Paula up front are amazing and always helpful. Paula’s customer service is amazing. She will always do a follow up question with you from the last time you talked to her and that feels so personal which is exactly what you would want from a community. The maintenance Arrol is one of the nicest people I have met. He is always saying hello and checking in and I never wait more than 24 hours for a maintenance ticket. All in all St Andrews is a real community that provides you with an “at home” feeling.

I have been living at St Andrews for over a year now. The very first person I met here, Paula, is a wonderful asset to the community. Any issues, she's on top of. Daniela is another very friendly face and is fun, passionate, and makes you feel like you want to have her as your neighbor. Sandra runs a tight ship here, as is clear by how good and efficient the team is in an age of time-wasters and procrastinators. I just resigned my lease because of how wonderful the community overall is. I'll probably be here until I own a house because I just can't see a better option in the area!
