⚠️ PUBLIC WARNING: DO NOT RENT FROM SPRINGWOOD APARTMENTS ⚠️ I’ve lived here for only 5 months, and it has been a nightmare. • From the start, my carpets smelled like urine. When I complained, management only offered to shampoo them—but never properly dried them, which made things worse. • Mold grew under the carpet and up the walls, turning them yellow. Now there is black mold spreading on the walls and carpet, ruining my furniture and causing serious health problems. • I developed bronchitis from the conditions, and the health department confirmed my unit is unlivable. • Management ignored my complaints until I got the health department involved, and now they expect me to continue living here with my child in these conditions. • On top of that, this property has major safety concerns. W

Liz & Kaitlyn have been nothing but awesome with me. When I moved in a few weeks back now, there were still some small things that needed fixing & when I reached out to them they were both so on top of it and got all my things fixed asap. Maintenance is fast and super nice. 😊 appreciate both of them and the communication here is great!

I'm leaving a 4 star review for a very good vibe at the apartment complex (you know how you can feel the vibe?), I didn't get an ICK vibe at all. It's very clean and inviting. I didn't notice any issues with tenants, wanderers nor any suspicious activity. The office (open 10am-5pm) is very clean and inviting also. Esther and Liz in the leasing office were very kind, friendly and supportive through the application process. Esther was so very kind to agree to meet with me before office hours because I had to go to work. The application process went quickly and you will know if you're approved on the spot/immediately once they run your info which is great. The application fee is $35 cashiers check only, and $100 cashiers check to hold an apartment which is applied towards your 1st months rent

I can responsibly say that this is the worst place I have ever lived, and their staff will do nothing but collect money, and I don't know what the purpose of this office is? I just arrived in Utah and had to choose a cheap place, choosing here is the most wrong choice, just moved in 3 months and the rent went up, which is incomprehensible, so it's not cheap, you still have to enjoy cheap service, my microwave oven has been broken for more than a month and no one has repaired it so far, They gave me a wrong gas bill, we went to them 3 times to explain the problem, the first time they said they wanted to eat, let us go the next day, I went the next day, she said it wasn't their problem, they were going to take our money, the third time, the gas company wanted to explain it to them, they told
