Springs at Six Mile Cypress Apartments

I am very happy living here! Jacob and Johanna are great leasing agents that made the whole process very smooth and pleasant. This is a very clean and well managed community with fantastic apartments and good neighbors.

I have to say from the moment we toured the property with Jacob we loved it!! The leasing process was easy, the move-in uneventful. The community is quiet, clean, and well maintained. I love to walk around the Lake, it is beautiful. The doggy parks are wonderful. The office staff is professional, friendly, helpful. I interact the most with Jacob, and Johanna, and they are AMAZING!! Maintenance is on top of everything, fast and professional. We are happy we decided to move to Springs, we called it home from day 1 and we definitely recommend it.

I recently toured Springs at Six Mile Cypress Apartments with my brother-in-law while helping him look for a new place, and we had the pleasure of meeting Chris and Noelia - both of whom were absolutely incredible! Having worked in the apartment management industry myself, I’m not easily impressed… but these two truly stood out. They were professional, knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely funny, which made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. I also love that the entire staff lives on-site, which says a lot about the community and how much pride they take in it. Hands down best community I've lived in! Lots of kids which is a plus for someone like me who has an 11 year old. Also, almost EVERYONE has a dog and yet, it's the cleanest, most well kept! Maintenance is quick especially when my air went out and I needed them the most ! Honestly, 5 stars all across the board!

I explored several different apartment complexes in the Fort Myers area until I found Springs at Six Mile Cypress. I was greeted by Jacob who was very attentive and response to my needs and questions. We toured the facility and a potential apartment. I was sold! I moved in and it has been over a year of peace and quiet with no issues. They are very response to maintenance issues and informative in their communications with a sense of community events. Resident Relations Manager Johanna Hernandez has been amazing to interact with as she is always positive, patient, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I fully recommend Springs as your residential destination whether long term or in transition.
