Springs at Five & Main

From a Mom’s perspective, I am absolutely thrilled with this complex! The location is fantastic, making everything incredibly convenient. However, what truly matters to me as a mother is the unbeatable safety this complex provides. My daughter recently moved in, and honestly, I couldn't be happier or more relieved. From the moment you walk in, everything is new, fresh and meticulously clean. Knowing the safety and security protocols are a clear top priority here is what gives me real peace of mind. It's the perfect environment for my daughter and even her very esteemed co-tenant, my "grandcat." Five stars aren't enough!! Highly recommend.

I enjoy living here at the Springs at Five and Main. It is a good location, close to lots of stores and restaurants. My apartment has a great layout. The community is clean and everyone in the clubhouse is really friendly. They have monthly events that are fun to participate in. I like the on site gym and am looking forward to using the pool this summer.

Hello Everyone - I have lived in numerous areas around the U.S. and overseas due to my career and I have experienced a variety of apartment complexes. Due to this - my expectations are high and the 'SPRINGS' have not only met, but, continue to exceed them everyday!!! Jaclyn (manager), JoAnne, Lauren, Nate (maintenance supervisor) and Roger are always there to answer any questions or help with maintenance issues. However, they go above and beyond! Their social activities are always so much fun and allow us to meet our neighbors. Plus, they always greet you with a smile when you enter the leasing office. It's like visiting a friend where you can enjoy drinks, snacks, or just socialize. In other words they make you feel like family!! I highly recommend the 'Springs' for your next home!! Than

Jaclyn & Joann made our leasing & move in experience pleasant & quick! The apartment floor plans are well thought out with quality finishes. Nate was quick to respond & resolve our one service request. Location is in perfect proximity to several major expressways. Most importantly we’re happy to be a part of this community because the Springs team is pleasant, professional and responsive!
