Briarcliff Village

I moved to Briarcliff Village 4 months ago. I had to downsize enormously and had not been in an apartment since college. Suffice it to say, I was a fish out of water. Lisa, Eddie, Logan and Katherine have been great to work with. They have addressed or found a work around for all my concerns in a timely manner. My neighbor's have been welcoming as well. I am happy that I selected Briarcliff Village as my new home.

AMAZING move in experience!! Kelly at the leasing office was incredible helping my boyfriend and I get all of our paperwork turned in and answering every phone call and every question we had. Lisa and Kelly in the leasing office are the best! So friendly and answered all of my questions with kindness. We absolutely love our new home at Briarcliff. It was spotless when I moved in and I had new carpet and a new microwave!! So far my experience has exceeded my expectations!!

As a foreigner who moved to the U.S., the first place I stayed was Briarcliff. From day one, I was very well received, and I have never had any problems during my three years living in this condominium. The management and maintenance teams are very helpful and efficient, which is a major plus. The weekly garbage collection works very well. The green area is always well-maintained. The condominium is peaceful, quiet, and beautiful.
