Building a custom home with Sterling was a great experience. It has always been a dream for us to build a custom home on the lake and Sterling made our dreams come true! Chosing a builder is not an easy choice. We were looking for someone who would work with us on our dream custom built lakefront home. We chose Sterling Mintzer and he definitely met our expectations.
