Springs at Eagle Bend

I've been living here for about 9 months and I would definitely recommend moving here. The front office is great to work with. They make the entire move in process easy. The community overall is pretty quiet and neighbors are nice. The location is convenient. It's close to plenty of restaurants, shopping and grocery stores.The studio apartment itself has a nice layout with a private entry staircase. There's enough room for living room and bedroom furniture in their own space. I was concerned before moving in if there would be enough space, but it worked out fine and doesn't feel cramped compared to other studio apartments. There's a back room for storage through the bathroom by the washer/dryer. It's not a lot of space but there's shelves built in so it helps with utilizing the space bette

We lived well over 2 1/2 years in two beds + garage apartment and were very pleased. Unfortunately, we had to leave the city! We felt more like living in a townhouse than apartment. The management do their best to keep the community clean, safe and peaceful. The front desk people are very kind and caring, same as the maintenance crews who work round the clock to maintain the property in a tip-top condition.

I stopped in for a walk in tour to learn more about the community, and Nicole assisted me. She was very kind, informative, and took her time showing me different options to help me find what fit my needs best. The community is beautiful, and the experience was smooth and welcoming!

I’ve been living here for about six months now, and overall I’ve really enjoyed it. The location is great it’s a nice area and decently close to a variety of stores and places you’d need to go to often, which makes things really convenient. The apartment itself has been great feels pretty updated and modern. I haven’t had any issues with neighbors, people are either friendly or they keep to themselves, which I appreciate. The community also feels very dog-friendly, which is important to me since I have two dogs. There are several dog waste bins around the property, and plenty of walking areas within the complex that are either lined with grass or rocks for pets to use. My mom lived here and she absolutely loved it! She always raved that the maintenance staff was extremely fast and friendly. Springs at Eagle Bend is absolutely amazing! The few interactions I’ve had with the leasing office were great Nicole and Ryan are very friendly and you can tell they genuinely care about the residents!
