One of the most underrated “amenities” at an apartment community is the office team, and the team at DeForest really stands out. Zach, Anne, and Tori are fantastic to work with. They are incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely take the time to listen. Instead of just giving quick answers and moving on, they make sure you actually feel heard and confident in whatever question or concern you might have. Communication is something this team clearly takes a lot of pride in. It can be frustrating when you live somewhere and emails or voicemails go unanswered for days, but that has never been my experience here. They are quick to respond, helpful, and always professional.
