Renting from this company was a great experience. The process to get a unit online was fast and easy, I believe it took 10 min to apply online then I received my code & unit within the hour. If you have any concerns, the customer service is fantastic! The gentleman understood my unique situation and offered a great solution. I would absolutely rent here again and highly recommend them.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Honestly, I’ve never had a more positive experience at a storage unit! I had issues with my automatic payment multiple times. They ALWAYS worked with me and never closed my unit. Whenever I had issues (losing my key), they would figure out a way to help me. When I had to empty the unit due to moving out, they refunded me part of my months rent since it was during the first week of the month. Such wonderfully kind people!!! And I always felt like the place was clean and my things were safe. I drove 35 minutes from my home to store my stuff and it was completely worth it with the customer service I experienced. I can’t recommend this place enough!

We are moving, and needed something for just a few months as we downsize. The location is excellent, since it is right next to the interstate. The units are new, clean and well maintained. Management was easy to work with. It was easy and convenient to pull into the facilities with my trailer. Great Pricing, and with the great customer service, excellent location, cleanliness of our unit and facilities, great lighting at night, I felt I got a great deal! Most importantly, I feel my stuff is safe and secure.

We have had the best experience Deforest Self Storage! They are super accommodating and helpful. We needed a unit for a little over a month and they were willing to work with us and it made our move to Utah just so much more easy! So glad we went with them as well because they have such a secure facility and seamless entry into the facility. We are so thankful we found deforest self storage!
