Covered Bridge Residences

I moved in March of 2023. It's a ban new building and it is very well built! As per usual when you move into a new building there are some kinks to work out with the building at times. I had a problem with the plumbing in my bathroom and Danielle, Quincy and their contractors were so great to work with! They had great follow through, the issue was fixed in a timely manner, and each contractor was so professional and did a great job repairing the plumbing issues, fixing my wall, and making it look like it was when I moved in after the construction was complete! I have truly enjoyed living here thus far and really do promote T Wall and Covered Bridges if you are looking for a great place to live outside of the Madison area. The property manager, Melissa, is excellent! She's extremely accommodating and really cares about our experience living at Covered Bridge. It didn't take me long to re-sign when I had the chance. Great place to live.
