Springs at Continental Ranch

Lived in these apartments from 2022-2023. When I moved in, the apartment smelled horribly of weed/smoke. Their fix was repainting and using some fog treatment to get rid of the smell. It didn’t work but I had to move in so I just dealt with it. When I moved out, they charged me for replacement of the carpets due to “smoke smell.” I provided them with documentation that this was an issue when I moved in and no one would respond to my calls or emails. Terrible experience.

I’ve had a wonderful experience living at this apartment complex, and a big part of that is thanks to the exceptional management led by Fernanda. She truly goes above and beyond—always professional, approachable, and genuinely caring about the residents’ experience. The staff at the front lobby are also incredibly welcoming and warm. Every time I walk in, it feels like coming home. The building is always spotless and smells amazing, which shows how much pride the team takes in maintaining the property. Maintenance is fast and efficient—they solve any issues quickly and always with a good attitude. I also feel very safe living here, which is extremely important to me. Springs at Continental Ranch has been our home for over 3 years. If you must live in Tucson, live here. It is full of green grass and trees which is like seeing a unicorn in Tucson. We feel very safe here. Between the community being so quiet, the cathedral ceilings, and the layout of the floor plans, I don't feel like I am in an apartment. Laura and Ariel are always welcoming, friendly, and sincerely happy to help when they can with anything. They answer the phone, respond to emails, and fix any needed repairs so quickly, often times on the spot. Maintenance is always fast, thorough, and clean. Hey it's a very nice complex. The staff are really friendly, service is great! Id like to thank the front office staff for a very nice community especially Mrs Laura Roses. The community is nice and quiet somewhat secluded but still accessible. Lovely recreational places available. Overall just simply wonderful. I would recommend this place to others a definite 10/10!

Go somewhere else don’t live here they charge you for basic stuff that most apartments include maintenance is a joke they charge you for a decent apartment but does not act like a decent apartment their gym equipment doesn’t work especially their treadmills absolutely terrible place to live and I very happy that my move out date is coming next month and to add they charge you as a gated community but their gates are usually wide open for anyone to get in terrible terrible terrible
