This place will take your money and laugh in your face. I wouldn't even give the 1star. They treat Section 8 eight people like crap, even though the have places for rent. They don't cancel you until you have arrived at homes they are promoting for rent for said housing until you are there. I would not recommend at all

I have been renting from Springfield Real Estate LLC for over a year and a half. They are great! I recommend them to anyone looking for a new place. I have had very few issues, and when I do, they have someone out to take care of it the same day. Very easy to communicate with and overall great landlords.

i’ve been renting with them for about 5 and a half years, and have never had any sort of problems. Every now and then when i have a maintenance problem, it gets attended to extremely quickly. i never have to wait around for something to get fixed. They’ve always been very friendly with me and i will continue to enjoy to rent with them!

Greg has always been fantastic to work with. Everytime we've had an issue it was taken care of promptly and with fantastic service. He even personally helped me turn off the water that was flooding the basement once. Can't reccomend then enough.
