B-Safe Home Inspections of Illinois Inc.

I had B Safe do my home inspection for the house I am buying and they had Mark Luparell perform the inspection. Mark is top notch! I don't think this guy missed a thing, he was extremely detailed and caught multiple material defects with the home that would have cost me big money to fix myself. Do to his detailed report we were able to get the sellers to take care of a chunk of the major expenses. He was fast, professional, and very virtuous. He was a genuine as it gets, and I am very happy that I decided to go with B Safe! They seen the only company that I would recommend to any for your home inspections!

The guys at B-Safe are reliable and trustworthy. I have used their services on two home inspections. One for selling and one for buying. Mark did a great job of noticing small issues which may be easily overlooked. I was walked through the home and given details about each item which was noted on the report. Their response time is quick and their prices are reasonable. I would recommend.

My sister bought a house that this business passed for full inspection before buying. Immediately after inspection an electrician found problem with recessed lighting. It was before the sale and was fixed. Now after living there a month she finds the AC isn’t working. The repair company told her there were problems the previous summer. The inspector marked too cold to check. Do they just say it’s March in central illinois and check that box. Did they look at the very old system? Seems inspections are worthless as well as the seller disclosure statement and the worthless realtor. No one helped this elderly woman check boxes appropriately.
