We rented from Morrison Properties for almost 4 years and have absolutely zero regrets. They are attentive and responsive to any needed repairs or maintenance, they are so kind and easy to work with, fellow tenants are great, and the properties are always very clean. We would absolutely rent with them again in the future. Cannot recommend them enough!!

Overall, I have had a great experience with Morrison Properties. Their team is super responsive to any concerns or issues that I have reported, their pricing is very reasonable and affordable, they actually do maintenance and upkeep work on their properties (unlike some landlords who just collect a check), and when it came time to renew my one-year lease, they hardly raised the rate at all. Probably the best as far as landlords go.

Seth and Greg are amazing landlords! Very attentive and usually will resolve any problems you have regardless what they are! Beautiful vintage apartments and a reasonable affordable price! They also give you a 5 day grace period with your rent payments which I have used many times bc as well know life is very unpredictable. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a place to live! They also make paying your rent super easy through their app or in person which is really great!

I had a great experience with Morrison property management. I lived in Springfield for about 1.5 years while going to school with SIU medicine and my unit was the perfect fit for me. I believe the presentation of their units online is accurate, in addition to their pricing being very reasonable. The location of their units was ideal for being close to the hospitals. During my lease, if I had any maintenance issues, they were always quick to come and solve the solution. I even accidentally locked myself out twice and they were able to help me within an hour both times. The management feels very family/community oriented; I never felt as if all they cared about was the money. I highly recommend them to anyone moving to Springfield looking to rent!

Morrison Properties is a well run company, with great staff. They are attentive, responsive, and consistently go above and beyond. It’s been a pleasure so far, and a nice change from corporate ownership. Overall, they’re a great family business, and I’m happy to rent from them. Would recommend.
