DO NOT RENT AT SPRING TRACE SENIOR LIVING. IT’S A COMPLETE DISASTER! If you have elderly parents or loved ones searching for 55+ adult living apartments, STAY FAR AWAY FROM SPRING TRACE. This place is a total scam run by incompetent, negligent, and downright trash management from top to bottom. • They advertise as 55+ senior living, but it’s overrun with underage kids, grandkids, aggressive pit bulls, and loud, reckless tenants and management knows and does NOTHING. • Packages stolen right from post boxes . I shipped Amazon deliveries to my parents there, and they vanished. Management? This place is a crap place to live. My grandma live in this apartment complex. She is 93 years old and lost her house in Harvey and had to move into this place. In the past couple of months the apartment management has start this policy with part and out of date tag and car issue. So my grandmother's tags have gone out by a few days and her car was towed away now she has to pay 400 to get it back amd drive it somewhere else so it doesn't get towed away again until she can get the inspection up to date. This is BS and the way this management treats their elderly is out of hand.

I have lived here for the last 5 years. The apartments are nice enough, and the rent is reasonable for the area. Even though the claim is that the apartments are non-smoking, apparently many residents do not pay any attention to that. I know I have smelled cigarette smoke and possibly even marijuana smoke coming into my apartment off and on during the years that I've lived here. Most recently, I have let the office know that I am smelling it every weekend and even some weeknights, but nothing apparently is being done about it. I haven't seen any notices with reminders, for example. There are three elevators in the building, but the one closest to me has been down for the last 4 months. This was a very disappointing situation. Dealing with Nicole was a literal nightmare. She was very dishonest and did not follow through on her word. She dragged my voucher process out until the very end leaving me with only 6 weeks to find a place to live. I can not for the life of me understand how all the bad, horrible apartment managers end up working in tax credit or HUD housing. She told me twice she was sending the corrected paper work to housing and never did. She even had the nerve to email me asking if I received an update when she knew very well she had noy sent in anything. How do I know? I was CC'd in the email between her and housing.
