Nothing special looks same as it did 20 years ago. The place doesn't look run down or modern. It looked same as 20 years ago. I don't know how much the rent is there but I have rented from Simpson and Simpson before. They were reasonably priced and maintenance wasn't an issue. The parking lot is dangerous to try to exit. If you live there walking distance to strip mall it contains Lowe's Grocery store, Dollar tree , a discount hair salon, and various other stores. It's close to Riverburch Shopping Center, and access point to US 1- 15/501. Other than the dangerous exit blind curve outta the parking lot it's close to discount as well as department stores. It's also an easy to distance to fast food like McDonald's, or Subway. I wouldn't want to walk but Spring Lane Cinema and Applebee's are
