Well it all started about 2 years ago….We called a mortgage broker in the area and the broker suggested Kala at Summit Realty. Kala was an unbelievable broker! She went to over 25 homes for us some over 2 hours away in last 2 years. Not once did she say it’s to far or she can’t go there because it is not in her mls area. We were in NYS making arrangements to move to NC not even knowing where we wanted to move to. Well with the housing market so crazy and inventory so low we thought for sure we would either end up with a small home in a so so area or a home that needed lots of work for an inflated price. I have purchased a home with Kala being the seller’s agent on the other end of the deal. Normally, I wouldn’t have interaction with the listing agent on the home I’m purchasing but since my own realtor was terrible, I had to reach out to her directly!
