Spring Lake Point Apartments

I recently moved out, but I truly enjoyed my time living here. The property was always well maintained, the grounds were clean, and maintenance requests were handled quickly and professionally. The office staff was friendly, responsive, and helpful whenever I had questions. I always felt safe and comfortable in the community, and any concerns were addressed in a timely manner. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I’m grateful for the time I spent here. I would definitely recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a well-managed and welcoming place to live

I cannot say enough good things about this complex! If you are coming from out of town and don’t know where to go this is the place to live! I am a girl in my 20s and lived alone the entirety of my time there and never felt uncomfortable. The complex is surrounded by an equally nice neighborhood that is great for walking and getting connected. The fact that it is a reasonably priced gated community is also a major plus. I lived in a one bedroom layout and never had to worry about storage. The ladies in the office are beyond helpful and kind. I never had a question or concern go unanswered. Maintenance is the same way. they are quick and reliable! The amenities around the property are very well up kept. The dog park and pools are amazing!! Very safe and peaceful apartment complex that is easily the best in Shreveport! It is a gated community with admittance requirements that made me feel safe knowing I have good neighbors. Allison, Peyton and the maintenance crew are all wonderful, helpful and friendly people! I never had an issue go unresolved and their expeditious response times with any request were very much appreciated. The amenities like the pools, tennis court, dog park, fitness center and the general grounds are all well maintained! The location is great too, having easy access to Youree Drive and 3132 means most local places are no more than 15-20 minutes away, if not closer. I loved my experience here from 2024-2025, definitely shout out to Peyton she was awesome! From the first time I called in to ask questions as I was moving from out of state, to moving in and then moving out as my stay in LA was temporary. Overall I loved how friendly everyone was, the amenities were great, the place was always well kept, and it is in a very safe place/spot. Super happy I got to call these apartments home while living in Shreveport, LA.

Peyton is so helpful. You can tell she really cares for the tenants. Anytime issue I’ve ever had-she’s addressed it promptly. If I had the chance I’d def hire her!!
