Spring House at Brandywine

We are current residents. We’ve been here 2 years so far and just renewed for another 15 months. We love it here. The office staff of 3 and maintenance crew of 3 are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Each time we've ever needed them, they've always been responded with a sense of urgency and care as if we were family. The sense of community here is pretty stellar compared to other places we've resided. We've got great neighbors who care about each other and us. This year 2026, we've been slammed with 2 unusual snowstorms. The maintenance team has been working day and night cleaning the property so residents can get out, but stay safe on the slippery lots and walkways. We highly recommend living here.

To the leasing office and maintenance team. I wanted to express my thanks and appreciation to all, especially the maintenance crew. I have lived in this community now for several years and any time an issue rose within my apartment it has been tended to in a timely manner. I appreciate the hard work and dedication that I have received while living here. This community continues to feel safe, warm and inviting. The grounds are always kept well maintained and it is a beautiful community to reside in. Not every season is kind with its elements, like right now when it is super cold but that doesn't stop the crew, laying salt, shoveling the sidewalks and ensuring the safety of the residents. My husband and I became residents in April and the experience has been great. Springhouse at Brandywine makes sure to take care of their residents. Grace and Chris in the office are always very helpful! The properties are well maintained and beautiful. The few times I had to call maintenance, they responded very quickly and fixed my problems. They are very friendly and go out of their way to help. Once the maintenance man even took my trash to the dumpster that was outside my door without me even asking. Moving here was one of the best things we did!

I love this place. The third floor treehouse that I rent is awesome. The views are excellent the road always even though you’re running a quarter of a vile off 202 is extremely low. It’s great safe place to live.

I’ve lived here for 2 years and it’s been amazing. The community is nice and quiet and the maintenance department is awesome. They are quick and handle everything efficiently. Highly recommend living here!
