Araceli is the absolute best always going out of her way to make sure the residents feel comfortable and safe shes quick at resolve issues on the property and in the apartments themselves shes always very professional 🩷

It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review and if two marines are not willing to live somewhere with one having been deployed multiple times that has to say something about the property. I must’ve chased around the management for two months just trying to initially move in. To contacted the management I had to reach out to the property owners so they could tell management to call me. When I first moved in the property wasn’t too bad but as time went on the property became absolutely disgusting. There is dog poop absolutely everywhere even on the sidewalks and the amount of times I have stepped in. Araceli was amazing to work with as a first time renter!!! I would recommend this complex before anywhere else in Brighton! Such a friendly staff!!

So far i have been here for about two months it is a very nice apartment complex some things are a little outdated but the overall experience. Fairly quiet some kids are out late but its kids cant complain too much. The one thing is there is no property manager still and i just need some things fixed but i would give my overall living experience a 8.5/10

I was recently at this apartment complex to look at some available units. Upon getting there, a lady in the office was speaking Spanish to a resident. I’m assuming talking horribly about another employee, calling him every racist name in the book and not caring whatsoever who was around, when I brought it up and said it wasn’t very professional to speak that way, especially in front of new residence or possible new residence. she laughed and said go find somewhere else. Then proceeded to talk Spanish to the same lady that she was speaking to previously when I first walked in speaking ill about me in Spanish as if nobody can understand what she’s saying. She also ignored myself and another potential resident whom was not Hispanic also and only helped the Spanish-speaking people that came in
