Spring Hill

I reported mold over a year ago. Nothing was ever done. The manager at the time raised her voice louder and louder as I tried to speak and then hung up on me. The rent is raised every year with little upgrades. A small fenced in dog area was placed and is already broken. The laundry room was removed. There have been ZERO updates to the inside of individual apartments. A lot of seniors with various health issues live in this complex at 1600 W Windmill Way and in the complex next door at 1605 E Hines. Now the trash has not been picked up in several weeks and there are 5+ dumpster bins overflowing and attracting bugs and rodents which is a health violation and is illegal. Do not rent from here. They will find any reason to take more money from you. Lived here for 12 months, had multiple maintenance problems. I will say they were helpful until upstairs apartment had a water leak a few months ago. They put a towel above my water heater and never came back. Horrible amount of mold grew & they did nothing.

This is a terrible place to live. They increase the rent constantly without any upgrades to the apartments, the office lady is completely incompetent, and they make you pay a $250 non refundable fee per pet. The front office lady took two months to redo my lease after I had told her I needed to remove one person as add another. I told her this two months before my lease was up and she still took forever to get it done! She never answers the phone and is always on online meetings with cooperate when you go into the office! The pool was closed so much this summer because people weren’t using it correctly and instead of punishing those people (they have cameras) they made the hours less for everyone! I have enjoyed my apartment. I have had quick response to maintenance calls when needed. Enjoy that parking is plentiful and close to my apartment. I like the pet friendly aspect. The apartments are sprayed for pests every three months. My apartment was newly renovated and looks great. Very close to Walmart and other businesses.

Lived here for two years as a single mother with 3 kiddos. Wasn't a bad apartment, the appliances were older. My dishwasher wasn't the best but did the job. Didn't like the "merge" and when the Pinewood side was changed to Springhill. The pool is not large enough for both complexes and a lot of the residents were rude at the pool, yelling at kids for jumping in and splashing, like kids are not allowed to be kids. They took the water meters out and charged a flat rate for water and sewer depending on how many bedrooms you have. I lived in a two bedroom unit and my water went from being $25 a month to a flat rate of $40. I live in a 4 bedroom house now with 5 kids who shower constantly and we are always doing laundry and my water bill is $47...so that's just a rip off in my opinion. Also eve
