Delta Townhomes

John and Andy were the kindest and most responsive team. Delta Townhomes was my first place on my own as an adult and living states away from family. John installed my ring camera and was always responsive to any needs within the unit itself. Very updated and clean place, with an extremely understanding landlord. Truly a “home” feel. Unfortunately had to break lease early due to family medical issues in a different state and was treated with not only kindness but pure compassion during the move out. Any future tenants are very lucky to be there.

Seriously the best landlords. Very accommodating, very approachable. Willing to help with everything. Highly recommend anyone to live here. The other units are still being renovated, so keep an eye out, they will go fast. Great place to live! Everything is refinished super well. Spacious.
