Oakwood Place

My son lives in one of the units at Oakwood Place. His unit is clean with a well laid out floor plan. The buildings are well lit and maintained. He says it's a quiet place to live other than the sounds of children playing. Republic is a great place to live and Oakwood Place fits right in.

These apartments are excellent but the management is horrible. The manager will look for any excuse to get rid of you and will manufacture complaints at her leisure. The apartments have red spots throughout the tile which was reportedly due to the type of adhesive used to install the flooring so apparently rather than hiring competent professionals to install the flooring they decided to just allow incompetent maintenance staff to install it and never fixed it. The manager suggests that you should get a friend to write a letter saying that said friend is giving you money knowing that said friend isn’t and when you do what you must to pay rent that same manager will actually have the audacity to claim that you are not reporting earnings. Steer clear from this place if you want to be treated

Nice apartment complex. Well kept.
