Brandon, Delgado, Property Manager is the best. It was refreshing conducting business with someone, who is transparent, professional and polite. Nowadays, customer/client servicing is at an all time low, when engaging in many sectors. I am big on integrity and clear communication and Brandon demonstrated such. Brandon is the blueprint of how to represent an organization. My move-in process was smooth because of Brandon.

My partner and I have been renting from Springhill Apartments for about 2 years now. We have had a great experience living here so far and will be upgrading to a 2 bedroom unit soon. We're looking forward to the move and have been appreciative of how smooth the whole lease transfer process has been. Both when we originally moved here and throughout the transfer process the leasing office has done a great job being responsive, reaching out to me with updates, and were able to answer all of my questions in detail any time something came up. Brandon especially went above and beyond throughout the process, keeping an eye out for over a month for an available 2 bedroom for us, even when I was looking elsewhere. During our time living in the 1 bedroom unit, we also had minimal maintenance issue

What a wonderful place to live! The apartments are beautiful and spacious. The property is very well maintained. The staff is always friendly and helpful! The maintenance crew is extremely knowledgeable and quick to respond.

Great property, tucked into a charming neighborhood. Good schools and excellent property management services. The staff Megan, Brandon, Jet, Peter and Lizandro are always super helpful and ready to serve your needs. Highly recommended!
