Metro 19 Apartments

Pros: New, nice appliances, strong wifi, train station Cons: Quality of apartment doesn't match the monthly rent of >2k per month. Sound proofing is bad, no padding under floors, apartment shakes when the tenant below runs washer, apartment shakes when the train goes by, interior quality isn't strong (cheap wood structures, paint issues, uneven floor boards), walk in shower does not have glass doors (you have to buy a curtain?), I have had a package stolen, trash rooms need to be better kept. Overall, the apartment build quality is underwhelming. Not sure why wood is popular to use. Housing units should be a place for peace and quiet. Concrete structures would be better especially a complex near train tracks. Developer clearly chose profits over actual usability. I don't care for a pool o

We are new residents of this wonderful complex! Everything is perfect here - from the apartments to the amenities of the property. We were torn for a long time between this and another option for our future home, and choosing Metro 19 was absolutely the right decision. Last night was our first night at Metro 19, and everything was amazing! Special thanks to Nathan for his professionalism, patience, and support. He’s always happy to help and goes the extra mile to make your experience in this beautiful community perfect. He gave us a great tour, and after that, we knew for sure - this is where we want to live! We’re absolutely thrilled to be part of the Metro 19 community! We love that place!!!!

Metro 19 Apartments has truly exceeded my expectations. The amenities are absolutely phenomenal and thoughtfully designed, making it a pleasure to call home. But what really sets Metro 19 apart is the people. The property manager (Emanuela Fiorentino), sr. sales consultant (Nathan Ouimet), Liz R., and the entire support and service team run this community like a well-oiled machine. I’ve been here for just over a month, and the level of professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care has been outstanding. Any questions or needs are handled quickly and with a smile, which makes living here stress-free and enjoyable. Thank you to the entire Metro 19 team for providing such excellent service and creating a place that truly feels like home.

Nathan’s dedication to resident satisfaction is something I’ve never experience before with apartment living. He is always dependable and ready to assist with anything I need. He also has the answer to any question I have, and has remarkable knowledge of the community. Any time I visit the front office, I can count on a warm and welcoming attitude from Liz. She’s been so sweet to me and my guests, and has been such a great addition to Metro 19. Her and Nathan are the dream sales team! Marco, the service manager, is also incredible. He is professional, timely, and trustworthy. I’ve never seen him without a smile on his face. Overall, Metro 19 is the greatest community not just in Roselle, but the entire suburban area of Chicago. After living in the house for nearly 40 years we moved into this modern and wonderful complex. The courtyard with the pool is just amazing.The fitness rooms are just great.The walking distance to the Metra station is convenient. The complex has a great staff running it professionally. Having a property manager on site is helpful in resolving the issues quicker. Nathan was the plus. He helped us through the process smoothly. He was always there to answer questions and patiently helped us in all matters. We had some terrible issues with Xfinity and he helped in resolving it.
