STAY AWAY! From the first day of our tenancy, the apartment experienced significant maintenance issues. Although the maintenance staff was courteous, it took nearly a month for both the office and maintenance team to begin addressing a persistent ceiling leak. There was no insulation around the ductwork, and the ceiling was visibly deteriorating and collapsing. Had I not been diligent about cleaning and monitoring the situation, the damage could have extended to the flooring and the apartment below. Ceiling leaks occurred in two separate rooms, and I am concerned that mold may be present as a result. The ongoing water damage eventually affected the fire alarm system, causing it to activate at 1:00 a.m. one night. When we attempted to contact "emergency maintenance", we were unable to reach

I’ve had a great experience moving into Spring Crossings Apartment Complex. I currently live in a two-bedroom, two-bath apartment, and the layout is spacious, comfortable, and perfect for both privacy and everyday living. The rooms are well-sized, the bathrooms are convenient, and the overall design makes the apartment feel like home. The community is well-maintained and peaceful, and the management team is professional and responsive whenever something is needed. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, which I truly appreciate. The grounds are kept clean, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Overall, Spring Crossings is a wonderful place to live, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed apartment community.

Spring Crossing has been an amazing place to call home so far! From the very beginning, the move-in process was smooth, fast, and stress-free. The office staff is incredibly helpful, professional, and always willing to answer questions. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The community is quiet, safe, and well kept, which makes it a great place to live. Maintenance is also quick to respond and very respectful. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend Spring Crossing to anyone looking for a great place to live!

Im new to the area. when I came in to apply/lease an apartment. Both ladies in the office were welcoming and friendly. I didn't know anything about what schools my children would be attending. Sam printed out the information for me about the schools. that was really helpful for me and she didn't have to do that. My children and I love our new home. It's a really pretty apartment.

We had issues from the very beginning, and moving from out of state made the situation even more challenging. This is what I wish I had known before signing a lease. The office staff made the move-in process unnecessarily difficult, particularly regarding our ESAs, and remained consistently unresponsive throughout our time there. Emails frequently went unanswered, and phones were rarely picked up. Maintenance staff were friendly and did try to help, but if an issue wasn’t a quick, one-and-done fix, it often went unfinished. We experienced multiple leaks that were repeatedly painted over instead of properly repaired. Because of this, I have serious concerns that mold may have been present. Safety was another major concern. I did not feel comfortable walking around the property at night.
