Why are we limited to 5 Stars? Splittgerber Professional Builders have completed two major projects for us. The first was a Passive Solar addition to our first home in Fort Collins. It was a great addition to our home and served us well for years. The second project was our current home. It was a GREAT experience from start to finishing touches. We live in the country and have not had the structural problems that our neighbors have had with other builders. Their subcontractors are the best. They have been very responsive for "do overs" due to hail, etc.
