Split Oak Estates by Pulte Homes - Sold Out

It has been a year ago, August 18,2020 when my husband and I transferred to our new house at Split Oak Estates. We purchased this house On Line and we were facilitated by Pulte Homes and Maria Mckee and others. Along the way , we were given the update of the construction through video and pictures. Story short, we transferred and for a year, we are noticing little work that needs attention. We are extremely happy that we have a good service from Adam who was very prompt with his actions and provided us with help right away. Pulte Homes has constructed our house in such a professional and good quality and also a great value for our money. If we have friends and relatives interested to buy a house, we will definitely tell them to look for Pulte Homes.

There were multiple delays in the construction of our home with no real reasons as to why. Come to find out other homes were prioritized due to certain issues with buyers. The months' delays changed the APR from a 3% to 5% and now paying thousands more in interest for the same home. Poor quality with build and months later, still dealing with warranty claims. It was not a good experience with building what we thought it was going to be our dream home. Builder did very little to nothing to compensate for all the delays and extra cost of the interest rates. We decided to sell and move.

If you are looking for home with curb appeal, style, and all the nice finishes on the inside this is where you want to be. Great location in the emerging St Cloud market. I love the siding finish on the upper parts of the models. Give them an extra flair over what you see other places.

Just had our annual budget meeting with our HOA and Pulte representative. HOA and Pulte did not have the same budget documents nor was what they had the same as what the homeowners had. Fiscally irresponsible! We were never disclosed about the lack of water pressure throughout the community and continues after living in the community for a year. Our HOA representative has changed three times in a year and communication has been poor. Bought the home in a community advertised to have a swimming pool. Pool is built, but the residents are not allowed access. Groundskeeping has been spotty, we now have a new groundskeeping company...we shall see. Everything from the purchase, construction and closing went very well. Joe(Project manager) was communicating with us every step of the way. He did a great job. We just closed last week and cant wait to get settled in.
