I’ve lived in downtown Hartford for a while now and always admired Spectra Plaza for its historical charm. I’ve been visiting someone who lives here often since 2020, and I’ve seen a LOT of the differences and how much it has changed throughout the years — and every year it changes for the better. I just moved in but the handling of my experience, from my initial tour, deciding on which apartment exactly and then finalizing the lease...Property Manager Alexis was and is amazing. The Spectre speaks for itself. In a great, quiet area, surrounded by businesses. Plenty of street parking or you can use two parking garages for an extra fee. Amazing amenities, beautiful and well maintained apartments. Building is very secure with plenty of cameras. Five stars in my opinion...
