Spectra Pearl Apartments

We were moving internationally and had to finalize an apartment within just 10 days. We wanted to live in Downtown Hartford, and honestly, nothing compares to the Spectra properties in the area. We had shortlisted three of them, but Spectra Pearl instantly became our favorite. I was in touch with LuzMarie even before arriving in the US, and she was incredibly responsive over email. The property viewing was detailed, and she patiently answered all our questions. Thanks to her help (and the property manager, Haley), we were able to find our apartment within the 10-day window. Our lease was short, just 5 months since we had to move cities, but the experience was wonderful throughout. The leasing office team was always prompt and helpful. The building is right in the middle of downtown Hartford. Close to everything. It’s clean and well maintained inside. Renovated apartment with chic touches. However, the apartments are tiny, and I mean shoebox size. I don’t need much space but I felt so confined in this place. If you’re claustrophobic this might not be for you. Further, a huge multi level parking lot overlooks the back side of the building so if you’re unfortunate enough to have your apartment facing that way expect to have no privacy whatsoever and absolutely no sunlight. The darkness can get depressing especially in the winter months. They do have a front desk that is staffed after hours but these people are completely unhelpful. They just sit there and when you ask them anything they refer you to the leasing office.

Simply put, amazing! Super functional. Contemporary-Industrial & City Living. SUPER convenient to very nice eateries, transit, train-station. Secured parking complex right next door. In-unit & individual washer & drier (not a "dual function" singular unit like some other places). Only 1 utility bill to have to worry about (can't count internet). And then there's their Roof Top Lounge that faces the South side of Hartford & beautiful view of Southern Hartford County Tree-lines and part of Bushnell Park. Best place to live here’s why! The main entrance is beautiful, there’s coffee available at anytime! Security at all times. There’s a gym available 24/7, plus every floor has an entertainment center! If you invite your friends and family over you have a theater, game rooms for days, that’s amazing! It’s impossible to be bored led alone the roof top! The designer that put together the roof top and lounge room did excellent! The minute you walk in, the first thing you see is that stunning view looking over the whole Hartford! Can you imagine in the morning or at night!! Maintenance and management team are always on point if there’s an issue they get right to it! Oh and there’s washer and dryer in your apartment so like I said you won’t need to leave your building at all unless your going

The views are amazing and the amenities are top-notch. The management team is always super helpful and quick to respond.
