I have lived in this apartment over a year now and just renewed, it has been a great experience! The office is always very attentive and their maintenance team is great! Mike is always very easy to get in touch with and fixes any problems I’ve had with my apartment in a timely manner. Would recommend living here!

My experience moving into Spectra Apartments was fantastic from start to finish. The leasing office staff, especially [Cheryl and Elijah], was incredibly helpful and responsive, making the application and lease signing process a breeze. Thanks to Maintenance team Mike and his Supervisor to addressed the issue promptly and efficiently. Your quick response is greatly appreciated! The community seems quiet and well-maintained. I'm looking forward to living here.

I love living at this community. Its very clean, the manager is very attentive to the resident's provides great customer service and the maintenance team is awesome!! Robert Pizarro the maintenance supervisor always come to complete my work orders. He's very friendly, attentive and cleans up after his work. I love living in the community. It has been the best one thus far. I have been living here since 2023. I look forward to many more. If you are looking for a place to live there's no need to keep looking. You have found your home!!!

My name is Chris and I absolutely loved living there. Great for me and great for my dog. The staff was very friendly and helpful and it was beautifully clean. I found my time there very relaxing while I was healing from a crash. They were nice enough to give me Another handicap spot that I needed and they really accommodated my needs. I abruptly had to move out and they walked me through that process And I couldn’t ask for anything more from an apt. Ty

The leasing team here is absolutely amazing! They are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Monica and Elijah have a warm greeting as soon as you walk in the door!
