Spanish Haven Apartments

Do not rent here. My apartment floods every time it rains and they do not fix the issues they just blame it on the foundation. Maintenance has walked in on us while we are undressed and the manager is dismissive of our problems. The manager accused us of smoking inside of our apartment when we burn sage part of our religion. The water pipes outside oof our apartments are constantly flooded and feces come out of the pipes. At this point it feels like our maintenance request get neglected and when I complained the manager said that’s what I can continue to expect since it’s low income apartments.

If you think about moving in, read all of the reviews. These apartments don't have 4-5 stars for a reason. You'll get LOTS of fines for all these nonsense things. They'll gladly increase the fine amount if you dont "pay in 48hours" yet, when something needs to get fixed they take FOREVER to fix it. Needs better management! I hope the owner knows of all of this going on, or maybe he's aware, but does not care since all they're worried about here is money. MONEY HUNGRY PEOPLE

Don't move in here because you'll get a fine for every little thing. And also even if you have an emergency and park by the curb, your car will be gone because it will get towed right away. Management only cares about money, yet everything inside of the apartments is falling apart and chipping

Not a very good place to live. Management makes up rules and fines, and maintenance is in business with the manager so they can have extra money in there pockets. no children allowed to play outside with any kind of balls, no bikes, no fun or you get a fine. Cars get broken into almost every weekend and management says it's not there business, they don't even let the tenants know, they don't care about there residents here. They have a pool, but only open it when they feel like it, maybe twice a week if lucky. BEWARE OF SPANISH HAVEN APARTMENTS

I lived here for a really long time management was good till the “new” manager got there she doesn’t know what she’s doing, they have not fixed my apartments and it’s been leaking for 3 months. Really bad manager she’s so rude and can never pay attention once you are speaking to her she decides to be on her personal phone. If i could put no stars i would.
