Sozio Construction remodeled our condo bathrooms, kitchen, removed wall of mirrors, removed popcorn ceiling and painted/ textured the ceiling and walls. If they saw something that could be fixed and improve appearance- they did it. Their philosophy is to assure a job reflects their values and meet their high standards. Sozio Building Company literally turned a horrible event and experience into an amazing experience with a storybook ending. Our roof and interior of our home was ruined after Hurricane Ian. Water had leaked into our walls and even beneath our tile. Our entire home was gutted down to concrete, studs, electrical, and plumbing. There were so many reports of terrible contractors doing terrible work and this worried us. Sozio exceeded all expectations for the restoration of our home. Every single detail was covered and mattered to the business side as well as the construction side of things. If something wasn't right, they were right there to take care of it. Sozio building company did a complete redesign, demolition and installation of our master bathroom. This included removal of existing hot tub, shower and all existing cabinets, and floor tile. They designed and installed a new large shower with all new floor and wall tiles. The shower pan was almost a work of art and I do not ever expect any leaks in the future doe to the multiple layers of protection installed. All new floor tiles were installed along with completely new dual sinks and make up station with new granite top. All cabinets were new. They also recommended the installation of a closet where the old shower was, which provided much needed storage space for us since we were experiencing downsizing issues. I was significantly affected by Hurricane Ian and my apartment was gutted. There were many people in the town worse off and it was hard to find materials and workers. Fortunately through the help of a neighbour I was able to obtain the services of Sozio. Considering the devastation they were able to refurbish my entire apartment promptly. Everything was easy and they handled me not being there perfectly. They also helped with the design and picking items and could accommodate me lacking in that area. I can't recall a single issue during the refurbishment. The invoicing and payment process was accurate, and exactly as outlined at the start. At the end as they promised me there was not a single snag item. It was a difficult time losing my home and contents but I feel lucky I had Sozio
