The office is extremely unprofessional. Either Jaslyn is not honest or she is seriously undertrained. Random fees are added without explanation, and I was contacted at 5:42 PM and pressured to make a payment by 6:00 PM the same day or face late fees. I paid a $400 pet fee at her request and was explicitly told to ignore all other fees because they would be removed. I followed those instructions, and the fees were in fact removed. I paid my rent on the first of the month and had a zero balance. Three days ago, I received another call stating I now owed a fee that she herself had said was removed and had remained off my account until recently. This constant back-and-forth and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I also asked Jack for an 800 number or contact information in the past to

Office staff is great. Always address and concerns I have! Mr.Brian is one of the best maintenance personnel I've encountered, he goes above and beyond, very courteous, respectful, always resolves my issues on site. I really appreciate him, very comfortable with him it's almost like he's family, he's very involved in the community keeping it clean and pretty! We love living here and Mr. Brian and Mr. Jack have made us feel very welcomed! Highly recommend living here!

Brian and Eric were very quick in the removal of my old stove and replaced it with a brand new one. I continue to be very happy with the work of the maintenance team. Thank you.

Since Brain have came here he has been a complete blessing. As soon as I inform him with an issue no matter how big or small the task maybe. He takes care of it at his earliest convenience with patience and care. I hope that he gets a RISE he is a GREAT addition to the team. Especially taking care of all these unit by himself.
