Southwest Park Apartments

Beautiful Apartments and affordable. Unprofessional management. So glad our lease is coming to an end. On our first day of move-in we ran into a misunderstanding with our downstairs neighbor. We contacted both Jon (the on-site manager) and Dan (property manager) asking to help either terminate our lease or help us in switching to a lower unit when it comes available. Managers pretty much blamed us for being loud, on the first night of move-in and we were told that of our toddler didn’t sleep after their quiet hours than he recommended for us to carry toddler around the house. Don’t live here if you are looking for some professional and nice managers. We came from Sunrise Park Apartments (under same management) and they were awesome unlike Dan and Jon.

So i received a message yesterday from Someone called (Jon the on-site manager) of south west park apartments. He offer me pretty decent price for 2B apartment, which i become interested of. I told Jon that i would like to visit along with my family in the evening 28th (yesterday). And i also mentioned that i am a banker so i can only visit after working hours. He said its totally fine since he live at the property. (Sounds cool) . We decided for 6pm but while office to home and home to property i became late, at 6pm Jon called me asked me if i am still coming i told him Yes we are already in De Pere and maximum 10minutes we will reach.
