John Baker has been helping us try to get a house since 2022, but it was never the right time for us. Fast forward to now and we bring him a weird situation of refinancing a paid off mortgage of a house my aunt inherited from my great grandparents, with no real estate agent helping. John helped us with any question we had (and we had a lot) and made everything so quick and seamless. We are so grateful for everything he has done for us!

Steve was excellent to deal with and very much hands on throughout the entire process. I feel Steve went over and beyond especially when it came to dealing with a difficult HOA that was not very responsive. Steve managed it professionally and persistently. I look forward to working with him again!
