Southview Apartments

I had an incredibly smooth and positive move-in experience. Everything was seamless from start to finish—there were no delays, no miscommunications, and everything was handled with great professionalism. The team was highly responsive, consistently quick to reply to emails and messages, and made sure all my questions were answered promptly. I truly appreciated how organized and supportive everyone was throughout the entire process. It made moving into my new space feel easy, stress-free, and even exciting. The apartment itself has been mostly great for the 3.5 years I was here. I felt like I had enough space for a single person and had all the amenities I wanted. Third floor is way to go with no one above you (nice with the balconies) and enough trees to provide some privacy. My problem has been with the people in the surrounding area. There are A LOT of sketchy people and I have actually witnessed many crimes. I’ve called the police several times over actual fights or physical threats made in the parking lot between people and a car being broken into. Packages were stolen off the porch and even by the people in the building. I saw drug deals in the parking lot. I’ve made multiple noise complaints over neighbors playing loud music throughout the night and management never did anything. Same

Lived there for a year on a lease. When my lease was almost over I wanted to renew the lease they didnt have a office so I was told I would have to make a appointment for them to bring me one to sign. Guess what they never brought me one so they increased my rent from $630 to $780 a $150 increase for not having a lease. Thats a lot for a 1 bedroom. My oven was broke for over a month just days before I was to move out they replaced it.

Slow response time, terrible communication and barely answer emails.I was set to move in a few weeks after being approved in august, but I changed my mind because i had to wait over a month to even see an apartment. then after that I haven't received a date to view it. so i said i'm good i found a different place to live.

Worst apartments I've ever lived in. I would never recommend this place to ANYONE. Unless you're a fan of black mold and spiders. I'm suprised I havent gotten sick. If I could put ZERO stars, I would.
