John built a shiplap wall and island for us and we are thrilled with it! He did a great job, had great communication, was tidy and super reliable. It completely transformed the space and in love with his work!

We hired John to rebuild our 3 bedroom home after flooding from hurricane Helene. This included new bathrooms, entire kitchen, new windows, insulation, sheetrock, painting, you name it ! John worked with us to stay within our budget, was open to changes we made along the way, always was honest and communicative as we went through the process. He was willing to handle all the moving parts that went along with our being an out of state owner. Our finished home is going to be a delight to our extended family over the next few years. We hired John and Southtide to build us a custom dining banquette seat. I showed him a few inspiration pictures and then told him to do whatever he thought would look good, based on the pictures. We wouldn’t have changed ONE thing! He worked very neatly and I never felt like he was in the way. He fully cleaned up at the end of every work day as well. He stayed in great communication with us throughout the whole project and kept to his pricing exactly. We will definitely be using John & Southtide again soon. Just trying to decide which I want done most!
