I want to give a huge shoutout to Camille, the leasing agent! Every time I visited the community—about 2–3 times over the past 8 months—she has been absolutely wonderful. She always greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel genuinely welcomed each visit. Camille is incredibly pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable. She answered every question I had and made sure I fully understood everything about the property and leasing process. Her professionalism and positive attitude truly stood out and made each tour a great experience. If you’re considering this community, definitely ask for Camille. She’s amazing!

Save your money, save your time, save your peace of mind because you will not have any of that in these apartments. I’ve had two units here…sadly still living here and wish I never would’ve signed a lease and would have stayed anywhere else I could. They do not enforce any of the lease when it comes to noise, upstairs neighbors never stop making noise that shakes my walls. In my old apartment I had a living bird in my roof in the ac vents, it took them so long to “fix” the issue that the bird nested, and then they came to “get the bird out” and sealed the vent entrance for the bird locking him in my roof until he passed away and my home became infested with bird mites. Please save your money and don’t go here! I have black mold under my ac unit, black mold on the window seals and in the showers! When going to the office to STATE THE ISSUE THEY TOLD ME ITS NOT BLACK MOLD THE GROUT IN COMING OUT AND THE WINDOWS ARE DIRT…my ac broke and I had to go a week without ac and it got to 89 in the apartment I had to drive with my kid during a hurricane to get to a place that had ac for my kid sake! I moved out finally and all my stuff smells like MOLD! I have bugs all in my kitchen and in my freezer and inside my fridge when opening my cabinets to get something I had bugs in my cups bowls and cooking wear! I asked them for me to be there for a walk through to look at my issues and STATED I DIDNT WANT THEM IN THE APARTMENT WITHOUT ME THERE and they helped themselves

This is my second lease with the new management and I have to say, they have turned this place around! Mary and Camille have been here since the change. They are both very kind and caring; often asking how you are and if you need anything when they see you. They are always available in the office during office hours and answer the phones. If you call after hours they return your call first thing in the morning unless it is an emergency in which they get right back to you. Any requests made are immediately answered and scheduled, there is no waiting. They fix everything immediately and have put in brand new appliances more than once in my place. Stephan, the head of maintenance, has also been here since the new management; he is very respectful and smart, he often impresses me by knowing wh
