Beware. The maintenance Staff here which is only one guy does absolutely nothing all day. They wait for people to move out so they can charge them for “damages” that have been a problem since the first day of move in. They have people out here subletting there apartments for 2500 and putting the children here in the apartment at risk for a weirdo to come in. And possibly exploit the children They do not care if you have a gaping hole in the roof of your apartment from AC damage. They don’t care if the pipes in your apartment are leaking from the bathrooms upstairs into the kitchen. The staff is very underwhelming. This apartment lets their tenant sublease apartments to allow strangers to live in the community around the many kids, potentially allowing for someone who’s not supposed to be in the facility or in the apartment at the apartment They there has been complaints made based off of the comments, but nothing happens. It’s a unit 265. There’s a white Ford Explorer in the driveway. It’s not their fault that they sub from somebody or maybe they’re the people who posted their unit for subs but it could be their fault. The apartment community employees do not care about this apartment. The staggering turnover of 13 personnel in a brief period exposes a troubling lack of stability and competence. Maintenance issues, ranging from persistent plumbing woes to a malfunctioning fan ignored for an egregious six months or more, paint a disheartening picture of systemic neglect. Safety concerns are rampant, with a massive hollow oak tree near my residence posing an imminent threat. Frequent break-ins add to the growing sense of insecurity, and the pool remains a constant headache. The revelation that pest maintenance charges are levied without any actual service is an egregious example of exploitative practices. My boyfriend and I have only lived here about a month and so far, the toilet and kitchen sink have leaked, to which we were informed that there’s no maintenance at the moment. Luckily, my boyfriend was able to fix the leak in the bathroom, but I just don’t understand how you not having maintenance on site is your tenants problem? You tell me that you’ve reached out to your regional manager and will see if her regional maintenance person can come out and look, so I’m not understanding why nothing is getting done. If you don’t have someone within your company to fix repairs, then you either need to deduct from the rent or hire someone from another company. The place itself seems to be pretty quiet, but their team is a joke when it comes to repairs!

Moved here from Miami, FL with my boyfriend on 12/13/2022. I worked with Dawn the entire time and she went out of her way to send me pictures of the unit since we were unable to see it. Dawn was very helpful getting us in even though the unit wasn't ready upon move in. Maintenance was VERY QUICK in correcting everything and got our home beautiful in no time. We are very pleased with the apartment, Jill and Dawn have been the most helpful with our hectic move. Response time for maintenance whenever we have issues is very quick. Everyone is very nice up here and I love our new home. We plan to stay for a very long time!
