Southern New England Modular Homes is really the only place to go in CT. Initially I shopped around when I was just thinking about building but after talking to John and Dave, and comparing prices I decided to go with them. That was only the beginning. I decided to be my own contractor and their guidance and expertise was absolutely second to none. They know the industry and know how to spec a home and were more than willing to help with every aspect of building a house from the building itself, to site work, to dealing with permitting and dealing with the town. I can safely say I would have had a miserable time with the whole project without them. I’ve already recommended them to everyone that will listen and will continue to do so. They were easily the most pleasant aspect of my project

I moved into a Southern New England Modular Home several months ago. Our 6 room ranch with 2.5 baths was constructed in 2006. Even after 19 years, my wife and I are impressed with the quality of construction. The house is very "tight", all doors and windows fit and work flawlessly. The original electric, heat and other utilities all continue to work well. The home inspector told us the house had been very well built Although I just recently met the staff at Southern New England Modular Homes and won't be a new customer, they've gone out of their way to assist me in learning about our home. If you are considering a modular home you should certainly give them a call.

Southern New England Homes built my beautiful ranch home. It came in 4 boxes and went together perfectly! Love my home, guests could not believe it is a modular. If you want the best customer attention and satisfaction go visit David and John. You will not be disappointed!

Been thinking about how great it was working with these guys. Very helpful during the design phase. Paid a few thousand for plans, however in design we found that they couldn't meet our needs and the house will need to be stick built. Stated this and they said they would see it through. Got the final plans from them for modular (that will work stick build), and needed some changes. Told me since I was stick building they couldn't help, price non-negotiable. I guess the end with this company is before the house is built. Update: This is the right place, I use a pseudoname. If you couldn't figure out who the reviewer was given the details, then clearly you've pointed out another issue that I wasn't able to spotlight.
