Will solicit & send letters through the mail even if your property isn't for sale. Of course in the end it would only benefit Scott himself. If your looking to sell wouldn't you think there would be a sign in the yard.

I bought my first home this year and Scott was my realtor. I cannot say enough about this mans patience, care, and expertise. We navigated a difficult market together but it felt like I had a member of my own family along with me. He gave us honest information and set realistic expectations. His level of care is what stands out above all else. He really does represent your best interests. Highly recommend!!!

My family has used Scott several times in buying and selling homes. He was able to sell our farm in a very difficult market by knowing where to advertise and telling what work we needed to do for the best chance of selling at a good price. He then was very involved during the period the house was under contract, attending the inspections and appraisal appointments, and working closely with attorneys on both sides. Also had experience with Scott as a tenant in one of his houses. Very attentive to solving and avoiding issues with the buidling.

My wife and I had a horrible experience renting a property from Paul Gayeski through Boyden Real Estate. Paul also works for Boyden. He did not keep up the property as stated in the lease agreement, he did not clean the yard for almost a month after the big August storm, he entered the property without notice, and failed to properly handle a dangerous electrical concern. Then he failed to return the proper amount of security deposit after we went above and beyond in getting his place ready to show prospective tenants. We will unfortunately have to begin legal proceedings against him. I hate to give such a negative review, but you cannot trust Paul Gayeski!

Very disappointed that they employed someone that promotes police brutality especially against a minority nick seems like a good guy but is not he should be ashamed of himself for promoting such dangerous behavior even after the facts
