Four Seasons of Colchester

Lived at the Four Seasons of Colchester for 2 years and we had a great experience. We loved Mel’s ice cream shop, the Inishmor, the farmer’s market on the green on Sundays in the summer and fall. The ability to go for a quiet walk in the mornings or evenings was nice, too. Kevin was always helpful and friendly whenever we had questions or needed something looked at in our apartment. They host events at the clubhouse which was nice, especially during the holidays. We miss it already and so does our pug, Doug!

We've lived at Four Seasons Apartments for the past two years, and it has truly felt like home. One of the biggest highlights has been the excellent management and maintenance teams—they’re responsive, professional, and genuinely care about the residents. Any issues we've had were handled quickly and efficiently, which really adds peace of mind. The community is well-kept, and the overall atmosphere is quiet and welcoming. We’ve had a great experience here and would definitely recommend Four Seasons to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable place to live.

My wife and I moved here the first week of August 2024. We came here from a large old home in Mystic CT which we'd owned for many years. We downsized to get away from home maintenance and to be closer to our family. We are very pleased with how quiet the whole neighborhood is and how well kept everything is. Our apartment is just perfect for us, has several huge closets and fits our needs perfectly! We hope to call this home for a long time. Thank you Alan Williams for providing such beautiful and much needed housing to the people who live here!

It became my first choice, and luckly there was a two bedroom unit available. I've lived here for a year and a half and couldn't be happier. The on-site management staff are very attentive and readily available. And the modern features of the apartment are both appealing and comfortable. Being thoroughly insulated, and having energy efficient appliances, the utility costs are very minimal. With both one and two bedroom apartments, I'd recommend the Four Seasons of Colchester to young couples, families and retirees."

I have been living at the Four Seasons for two years now and couldn’t be happier. The apartment itself is spacious, bright, and very well insulated/energy efficient. The clubhouse is lovely and management is very friendly. Colchester itself is a lovely town, and I love that the apartment is within walking distance of the airline trial, great breakfast spots, and the town green.
